--Executional excellence: patiently explaining and advising, checking stock, helping to find products, having product knowledge and providing unexpected product quality.

--Brand Experience: exciting store design and atmosphere, consistently great product quality, making customers feel they're special and that they always get a deal.

--Expediting: being sensitive to customers' time on long check-out lines, being proactive in helping speed the shopping process.

--Problem Recovery: helping/advising + resolving / compensate for problems, upgrading quality and ensuring complete satisfaction.

Final Store:

After all this research we came up with the following store: which will be located on the Overtoom in amsterdam, because this region is relatively cheap and there are already a lot of eco- as well as outdoor stores- and brands. We basically want to re-design a 3 story-house into an exciting and architectural store, which catches people’s attention and will hopefully lead Amsterdam in the cradle-to-cradle revolution.

This kind of hanger is the best solution for jeans. They can also be made out of coconuts.
